Pre-appointment details

Be sure to have as many questions as you can written down so we can make this first call as efficient as possible and get you headed in the right direction.

Cancellation policies

Please be respectful of my time as these calls often happen during my evening, which is time away from my family. If you input your mobile number and email you’ll get constant reminders of our scheduled call time and date.

Reschedule policies

I do not allow reschedules if you simply missed the call because you forgot. Their is a button within our calendar system that allows you to reschedule in advance and input the reason why. I will get a notification and can adjust my my work schedule when notified in advance.
